Returns
All returns must contain original labels attached to the item and packing , postage will not be refunded for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. The full purchase price will be refunded to the card used to purchase the item, on receipt of the returned items which must be in a saleable condition.

Goods lost or damaged in transit will require a claim to be made via Royal Mail Red Yellow Blue postage is made with receipt of postage from the Royal Mail if a claim is required.
